The Coconut Spa services are by scheduled appointment only. Appointments can be made by phone email or online booking.

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your therapist regarding your condition. For all other appointments, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • Our therapists screen themselves for symptoms of communicable disease daily before coming into the spa.
  • All our therapists  are following appropriate hand washing protocol pre and post treatment.
  • All supplies we use disposable are single use only.
  • Treatment equipment and supplies are all sanitized between appointments.

Free guest lower parking to the right down to the oceanfront of the Anchor Inn & Suites. The spa is located on the 3rd floor, take the elevator, or walk the stairs.

Thai massage can be performed in as little as an hour, but to get the maximum benefits, a 90 – 120 minutes massage session is recommended for all customers to ensure that the muscle fatigue will be recovered and to conduct the highest relaxation and satisfaction.

We collect your contact information and use it only to contact you. We do not share your information with anyone outside of  The Coconut Spa. The information in the Client Intake Form is for referencing by your therapist exclusively.

 We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.  More notice is always appreciated.

All of service prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Taxes are extra.

To ensure you receive the best effects of our services such as having essential oils and wellness products properly absorbed and therefore allowing you to feel the full benefits of your treatments, we politely request from our patrons that they shower / bathe shortly before their scheduled appointment. In particular coming straight from a work environment where dusts or chemicals may clog ones pores and may also expose the staff unnecessarily. The hotel does provide showers at the pool area if required and we will present shower gel and towels.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse of Our Staff we reserve the right to refuse services or classes to anyone who treats our Staff disrespectfully. This includes intolerance or discrimination because of race, gender and weight or any other unlawful grounds.
